Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Bliss Balls are my favourite go to snack ever! I’m starting a new diet this week to hopefully get rid of a few extra kilo’s. These balls are super easy, quick and mess free! The recipe makes 15 balls. 



You’ll need:

  • 1 cup almonds 

  • 1 cup cashews

  • 15 Medjool dates

  • 3 tablespoons cacao

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter (I used a no added sugar or salt one)

  • 1/2 tablespoon honey



  1. Place almonds and cashews into food processor and process until it’s a flour like texture.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until it’s well combined and is sticky enough to roll into balls (you may need to add a little extra drizzle of honey)

  3. Roll into balls and place in the fridge to cool for a bit.
